Job Description

Essential Job Functions:

  • Creating exceptional floral arrangements aligning with customer?s requirements
  • Handle customer inquiry by understanding requirements properly, providing suggestions and solutions keeping up-selling and cross-selling in mind
  • Coordinate with the purchasing team for shipments schedules, receiving shipments, and processing flowers to enhance the lifespan
  • Coordinate with clients and delivery associates for local deliveries
  • Dealing with customer queries, complaints, or feedback and providing information or if required escalating to the manger
Job Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:
