The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10-12 years of experience in the relevant Industry.

  • Develop and implement the companys strategic plan in alignment with organizational goals.
  • Provide visionary leadership to drive business growth and market share.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance with industry standards.
  • Implement best practices to optimize production processes and supply chain management.
  • Prepare and implement comprehensive business plans to facilitate achievement by planning cost-effective operations and market development activities.
  • Develop and manage budgets, financial forecasts, and key performance indicators.
  • Monitor financial performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Ensure company policies and legal guidelines are communicated from the top down in the company and that they are followed at all times.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Delegate responsibilities and supervise the work of executives providing guidance and motivation to drive maximum performance.
  • Identify market trends and opportunities for expansion.
