Job Description

Ambitek are a supplier of temporary labour to a range of industries in the UAE.We are currently seeking a dynamic and dedicated Head Waiter to oversee our front-of-house operations and lead our team of wait staff.Responsibilities include:

  • Supervising and coordinating the activities of the wait staff to ensure smooth and efficient service.
  • Training new wait staff on service standards, menu knowledge, and customer interaction.
  • Assigning duties and responsibilities to wait staff and ensuring they are carried out effectively.
  • Assisting with the setup and preparation of the dining area before service.
  • Greeting guests, taking orders, and ensuring guests needs are met throughout their dining experience.
  • Handling guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a professional and timely manner.
  • Collaborating with kitchen staff to ensure orders are prepared and served accurately and promptly.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining area and ensuring adherence to health and safety standards.
  • Assisting with inventory management, including monitoring stock levels and placing orders as needed.
