Homecare NurseJob Location : UAEResponsibilities:?To provide pre and post op care; IV drips, blood collection etc.?Deliver skilled nursing care to patients in their homes based on individualized care plans.?Conduct thorough patient assessments, monitor vital signs, and administer medications as prescribed.?Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and holistic patient care.?Educate patients and their families on healthcare procedures, treatments, and disease management strategies.?Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.Requirements:?Valid nursing license from the Dubai Health Authority (DHA).?Proven experience as a registered nurse in home healthcare or a similar setting.?Strong clinical skills with the ability to assess and prioritize patient needs effectively.?Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.?Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.?Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic healthcare team
