We are seeking a highly skilled candidate with extensive hospitality development experience to join our real estate team, located in Abu Dhabi. As a Hospitality Development manager, you will play a crucial role in this sector through your knowledge clubbed with your experience & network with various hotel brands and operators.Analyzing market trends, financial data, and business processes to drive informed decision making and strategic planning. You will collaborate with development & design departments to identify opportunities for improvement and implement effective solutions to enhance projects? operational efficiency and profitability.Responsibilities:- Developing & utilizing your network/experience in hospitality sector for creating new opportunities as well as pitching relevant products based on market requirements.- Performing key role in identifying hotel brands and operator selection.- Performing pivotal role in negotiating terms and closing deals with selected brands.- Conducting feasibility studies, financial analysis, and due diligence for new real estate developments and acquisitions.- Analyze acquisitions, dispositions, and financing using discounted cash flow models.
