Housekeeping Attendant I Real Estate I Al Futtaim EngineeringOverview of the role:To effectively maintain the assigned property up-keep and housekeeping to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction.Should be an attentive cleaner with focus on attention to minor details. In this position, you will be required to dust surfaces, vacuum, mop floors, and clean windows. The cleaner should also be able to remove stains from various surfaces. Cleaner is responsible to set up bedrooms and bathrooms.To be successful as a cleaner, you should be able to complete assigned tasks within the stipulated period. Ultimately, a top-performing cleaner should be physically fit and able to perform with minimal supervisionÿWhat you will do:Responsible for:

  • Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors of various types
  • Dusting ceilings, light fittings, countertops, and loose furniture
  • Scrubbing and sanitizing toilets, sinks, and kitchen fixtures.
  • Maintain cleanliness of bathrooms, corridors, stairwells, and other work areas
  • Emptying trash cans
  • Washing and drying windows
  • Maintain cleanliness all public spaces.
  • Preparing and maintaining main majlis and guest rooms in excellent condition at all times. Excellent housekeeping and hygiene standards to be maintained.
  • Liaising with the line manager to ensure that you always have sufficient cleaning products and other toilet consumables
  • Reporting any breakages that occur during the cleaning process.Informing the line manager of repairs that need to be done.
  • Carry out periodic cleaning of the beach and other garden areas to ensure all areas are fully clean
