HR ManagerJob Location: Dubai, United Arab EmiratesResponsibilities:?Lead and develop policies, processes, and initiatives to support the organization?s human resource compliance and strategy needs.?Collaborate with senior leadership to understand the organization?s goals and strategy related to staffing, recruiting, and retention.?Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding.?Ensure job descriptions are up-to-date and compliant with all local, state and federal regulations.?Investigate employee issues and conflicts and brings them to resolution.?Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.?Develop and implement departmental budgets.?Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high-performance.?Develop training materials and performance management programs to help ensure employees understand their job responsibilities.?Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.Requirements:?Over 7+ years of experience in a similar field (3-5 years of experience as an HR manager).?Excellent to Fluent in English is a must.?Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.?Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.?Experience in a service-providing company such as in the industries of entertainment or tourism is a plus.?Ability to adapt to the needs of the organization and employees.
