Import CoordinatorJob Location : UAE:?Responsible for executing and controlling processes of registration of all UAE?stores with Dubai Municipality, Emirates Authority for Standardization and metrology, FTA or ministries.?To manage, control and follow up on all necessary documents, artworks or?physical products needed from suppliers, for products registration.?Liaising with Service Providers and Dubai customs on daily basis to maintain good?relationship and ensure maximum compliance with the local import rules and?regulations.?Insuring efficient and collaborative operations for all logistic activities by?liaising between the end supplier, freight forwarder and all departments.?Reviewing and processing all documentation for accuracy and compliance with?regulations prior to submitting to Customs for release of merchandise.?Maintaining import/export database and files, and preparing various reports related to import/export activities.
