Provide support for all technical-related activities on-site & remotely such as installation of all IT hardware and software (e.g. CCTV, Networking, Servers, AV, Fibre optic, WIFI, servers, laptops, printers, PABXs, etc.), configuring & troubleshooting all software applications, and repairing/replacing damaged hardware in the head office and its subsidiaries.
Manage all IT-related documents in both hard and soft copies and store it in the shared filing system (Dropbox).
Coordinate with suppliers and purchase IT materials for the head office and its subsidiaries.
Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot all telecom-related issues ? network, fixed lines, and mobiles.
