Junior LawyerJob Location : UAEDuties:?Legal contract drafting assistance.?Drive and support a fully functioning Legal and Compliance department.?Consult the senior management on a variety of legal matters as needed.?Liaise with external parties, including regulators, external counsel, clients, and other law enforcement agencies.?Control and implement a companys policies.?Providing advice on various financial issues, with particular emphasis on UAE law and regulations.Requirements:?Minimum of 1 year of legal exposure to the legal system in the UAE.?A mix of corporate law firm and inhouse experience.?Some trade and product compliance experience.
