Logistics ExecutiveJob Location : UAEJob Responsibilities:?Responsible for local dispatch execution.?Sending the shipment notification to the customers.?Responsible for sending the correct COAs to the customers following the SOP.?Liaising with statutory bodies viz. Customs, DP World, pertaining to local deliveries.?Coordination with third parties for their deliveries.?Record delays and NCR at all stages of transportation.?Documentation, including Customs BOE process in coordination with Supply Chain and Transworld.?Co-ordinate with Supply Chain to execute the sales as per agreed schedule and business requirements.?Coordinate with Terminal for loading requirements.?Maintains channels of effective communication with Sales Coordinators, Purchase, Transport, Terminal Operations, Finance, etc.?Adhere to proper working procedures and ensure proper corrective and preventive actions through the analysis and investigation of problems, feedback, and complaints.?Follow the standard operations procedure (SOP) and monitor own key performance indicator (KPI).?Make sure transportation is planned according to the agreed schedule & time frame.
