We are currently recruiting for a˙Manager˙-˙˙Business Transformation˙for our trusted client to be based out of Dubai.Purpose-The Manager of Business Transformation is responsible for overseeing the entire process of change, from the initial idea to the implementation of new capabilities and the integration of new work methods. This role has two main areas of focus: driving the sector-wide oneDXB transformation program and leading an internal transformation journey to foster a culture that aligns with our strategic plan and enhances our guest experience. The Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth transitions on the ground, facilitating the realization of desired benefits, and providing valuable insights at a corporate level regarding the overall impact of changes on business readiness.Responsibility-

  • Consult with the respective business areas, sector entities, and internal decision-making Board/forums to understand the case for change.
  • Conduct a business impact assessment of the desired outcome/project and develop a view of the requirements the project will place on the business functions, to enable delivery and sustain the change, and to inform the complexity of the change.
  • Conduct the change impact assessment to inform the extent and type of changes across people, process, and technology & information dimensions.
  • Support the identification of change management/business readiness KPIs.
  • Develop the change management plan, informed by business impact assessment, with change and business readiness activities articulated and translated into milestones (and reflected in the overall project plan).
  • Create a stakeholder management approach that reflects the specific environment and conditions within the respective business area undergoing change to ensure commitment and advocacy towards the new environment.
  • Work with the DA Brand and Comms lead for the program to develop a communication and engagement plan for the project, ensuring key milestones are translated into the overall project plan.
  • Validate with key project stakeholders and respective business functions to ensure that the change management plan and approach enable the organizations readiness to adopt and sustain the desired outputs from the project.
  • Deliver and manage the delivery of the change and business readiness activities, leading the creation and deployment of core change materials and resources, including business readiness assessments and communication and engagement collateral and activities.
  • Evaluate with the respective leaders of the changing business area(s) the requirements that will support them in shaping the right change on the ground and transitioning to a new way of working.
  • Determine with the respective business functions that will enable the change the relevant and timely activities and change interventions to make change happen on the ground, and ensure they are set up to sustain the new way of working.
  • Determine with the respective business functions to ensure that the right support (if required) is set up to enable the change to be sustained once the project outputs enter into service.
  • Ensure that the business area is able and enabled to adopt the new ways of working.
  • Support the end user to identify ways of measuring benefits realization.
  • Support with gathering and enabling the insight to inform decision making - the view on the aggregate enterprise level of change within the business, corporate change impact, visibility & assurance on change activity.
  • Assess impact and scale of change across the organization and identify risks and issues and recommendations to mitigate / close.
  • Support with the identification and monitoring of corporate level change management / business readiness KPIs
  • Recommend improvements to our change management process, considering leading practices and manage the implementation thereof.
  • Support with the development of change management capability and respective tools and materials.
