This is not simply our job, it?s our passion.About the RoleAs Manager, Lifeguard you will have a variety of responsibilities that will include the overall park operational safety, guest and colleague satisfaction and safety, park upkeep and cleanliness, as well as the overall aquatics operations for the resorts pools and beaches. The Manager, Lifeguard is also responsible for the development and performance of the Assistant Managers, Team Leaders, Lifeguards, Communications Centre, and Guest Service Colleagues.About YouOur ideal candidate must have a minimum high school level of education or equivalent, Ellis & Associates Instructor experience, and be proficient in Microsoft Office - Outlook, Excel, Word, and Powerpoint.
