My client, a leading performance marketing agency based in Business Bay, Dubai, is looking to hire an experienced Internal Project Manager / Account Manager.The ideal candidate will have a background in marketing, experience managing projects in a fast-paced agency environment, and a passion for delivering results.Responsibilities:- Lead and manage complex marketing projects from conception to completion- Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource plans- Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and ensure their expectations are met- Ensure projects are delivered within scope and align with the overall agency strategy- Effectively lead and manage an internal team with the scope of making hires dependent on business requirements- Stay up-to-date with the latest project management methodologies and toolsRequirements:- Experience in project management- Excellent organizational and leadership skills with proven experience- Bachelor?s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related fieldThe job is office based Monday to Friday and comes with the following:- Competitive salary of 12000-16000 AED DOE
