Job Description

Black & Grey HR is hiring for a indoor entertainment destination in Dubai, UAE. Our client is looking to hire an Operations Manager˙play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless day-to-day operations of the Kids entertainment centre. This includes overseeing various aspects such as operations management, facilities management, visitor services, safety protocols, and staff coordination & management.˙Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategies to optimize productivity and efficiency across daily operations.- Oversee all aspects of daily operations including staff management, inventory control, procurement, and logistics to ensure smooth functioning.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement in operational processes and address any bottlenecks.- Handle customer complaints and inquiries promptly and effectively to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations to uphold organizational standards.- Maintain a safe, clean, and hazard-free facility environment at all times.- Monitor and evaluate the performance of staff, providing guidance and support as necessary to ensure high levels of performance and productivity.- Conduct research to identify opportunities for operational efficiency improvements and cost reduction measures.- Conduct training sessions for employees to enhance their skills and knowledge in relevant areas.- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to support effective advertising for events and promotional activities.- Monitor the overall progress of operational processes and provide regular updates to management, ensuring that any issues are promptly addressed and escalated as necessary.- Lead and organize various customer events such as birthday parties, camps, school trips, and corporate outings.Requirements- Minimum 2 years managerial experience in Entertainment & Leisure.- Experience with young children and families in recreational settings.- Excellent English proficiency; bilingualism is a plus.- Flexibility for shifts, weekends, and holidays.BenefitsAttractive Salary + Benefits
