Job Description

Operate equipment and carry out duties to ensure the efficient supply of products to and from the production lines. All duties to be achieved within the company quality, safety, and environmental frameworks while developing a team working and continuousimprovement culture.Key Performance Area:

  • Ensure that when carrying out all duties that regard ones own safety and that of others, it is
  • always taken into account.
  • GMP standards are maintained to the highest level at all times.
  • Correct PPE is used when carrying out duties
  • Ensure that machinery pre-safety checks are always carried out and documented ? reporting any issues
  • Follow all Safety, Health, and Environmental procedures that relate to this role
  • Risk assess jobs to be done and take required safety, quality, and environmental actions
  • Support a culture that enhances behavioral awareness to reduce accidents and near misses
  • Ensure that no expired products are used in the production cycle
  • Ensure that FEFO is being followed at all times
  • Ensure that actions are taken to maximize line efficiency while running and during changeovers/washdowns
  • Ensure that the relevant procedures (work instructions) are understood and followed
  • Always seek to improve any duties that require to be carried out to make safer, cleaner, and more cost-effective
  • Be an active part of the Teams Continuous Improvement activities.
  • Meet daily with the Team Leader to organize workload and priorities
