Applying expertise and advanced knowledge, Optometrist in Optifashion will offer personalised optometry advice to meet the visual needs of any customer.Responsibilities:-?????????Welcome, greet, and provide excellent customer service in a genuine and friendly manner to all customers from the moment they enter the store;-?????????Conduct eye exams using optometric equipment and general diagnostic interpretation;-?????????Prescribe, fit, and adjust eyeglasses, contact lenses, and recommend appropriate vision care;-?????????Handle medical insurance claims and other documentation;-?????????Ensure all customer inquiries and complaints are handled promptly and in a professional way and escalated to senior team members if needed;-?????????Keep the eye test room, equipment, and tools in perfect condition, clean and organised;?-?????????Participate, whenever needed, in inventory/stock management and aftersales procedures;-?????????Participate in relevant training and comply with the company?s operational standards.
