United Arab Emirates˙Jan 5, 2023˙AED 18000 - AED 20000˙Contract˙Full timeOur client is a Retail Company in UAE. They are now looking for a OTT Planning & Development Engineer to join them.˙Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Working in tandem with our operations team on daily operational customer facing tasks.
  • Managing cloud environments in accordance with company security guidelines.
  • Deploying and debugging cloud initiatives as needed in accordance with best practices throughout the operation lifecycle.
  • Employing problem-solving skills, with the ability to see and solve issues before they snowball into problems.
  • Stay current with industry trends, making recommendations as needed to help the company excel.
  • Work on shift basis along with operations team
  • Provide support to Etisalat Multi Cloud Customers
  • Maintain Physical Servers & Hardware infrastructure
  • Maintain Operating Systems(Solaris / Linux / Windows) for customer VMs
  • Patch / upgrade Operating Systems for security compliance
  • Provide Backup and Recovery service
  • Maintain SAN Storage infrastructure including EMC and other vendor storage˙
  • Provide day to day operation support for Cloud platforms including VMWARE and Openstack
  • Maintain SLA and contract for Etisalat Engineering˙Cloud
  • Operate and maintain Etisalat Private cloud, Telco Cloud, Azure and any public Cloud
  • Migrate physical servers to Cloud
