Offer guidance on nutrition, hydration, recovery, and injury prevention to support clients overall well-being.
Incorporate variety and progression into training programs to keep clients engaged and challenged.
Stay informed about the latest trends, research, and developments in sports science and fitness training.
Communicate effectively with clients to provide feedback, encouragement, and support.
Maintain accurate records of client sessions, progress, and goals.
