Job Description

As a Videographer/Photographer at URBN Media, you will play a vital role in capturing and creating visual content that communicates our clients stories and brand messages. You will work closely with our creative team to produce compelling videos and photographs that align with the agencys vision and meet the needs of our diverse range of clients. The successful candidate will possess a keen eye for detail, excellent technical skills, and a passion for storytelling through visual media.Responsibilities:-Video Production:

  • Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize and develop video ideas and concepts for client projects.
  • Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos that align with the projects objectives and client specifications.
  • Utilize industry-standard video equipment, including cameras, lighting, and audio tools, to produce professional-grade videos.
  • Incorporate creative and innovative video techniques to enhance storytelling and visual impact.
-Photography:
  • Capture visually appealing and on-brand photographs for various projects, including events, products, and marketing materials.
  • Edit and retouch images to ensure they meet the agencys high standards and align with client requirements.
  • Stay up-to-date with current photography trends and techniques to continuously improve the quality of work.
-Post-Production:
  • Edit video footage and photographs, adding graphics, animations, and effects to enhance the final products visual appeal.
  • Collaborate with the post-production team to ensure the timely delivery of completed projects.
  • Manage and organize digital assets to maintain an efficient workflow and easy access for future reference.
-Client Collaboration:
  • Participate in client meetings and briefings to understand their visual requirements and project goals.
  • Present creative concepts and provide insights on how best to convey their brand message through visual media.
-Equipment and Studio Management:
  • Maintain and ensure the proper functioning of video and photography equipment.
  • Keep the studio space organized, clean, and well-equipped for shooting sessions.
-Creativity and Innovation:
  • Contribute to brainstorming sessions, offering creative ideas and input on how to improve visual content strategies.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, techniques, and emerging technologies to implement cutting-edge visuals in projects.
