You will empower and guide multi-national, multi-disciplinary teams through all phases of project planning, execution, and closeout, applying proven project management techniques to reduce costs and add value to the business. Your accountability will extend to ensuring client satisfaction, meeting Jacobs business and policy expectations, and prioritizing the safety of our staff.You will play a vital role in executing existing backlog and developing new work pursuits, functioning as a team lead and liaising with internal departments to plan, organize, and direct design staff and key positions. Your strong interpersonal skills will enable you to interface effectively with clients, identifying and fulfilling their expectations while assessing project requirements and recommending sound approaches to meet both project and client needs.As a proactive contributor to our business development activities, you will actively engage in client relationship development, project-specific positioning, teaming arrangements, proposal preparation, oral presentations, and contract negotiations.
