Job Description

Overview:As a Real Estate Agent with SMS REALTY, you will be a key player in facilitating property transactions and providing top-notch service to our clients. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for showing and renting properties, marketing and advertising properties, negotiating lease and sales agreements, communicating with customers, and building and maintaining relationships with clients.Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Proven track record of sales achievements, negotiation skills, and customer satisfaction.
  • Expertise in current market environment Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and industry practices.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential properties and stay updated on Dubai market trends.
  • Assist clients in buying/selling/and renting properties, ensuring a smooth transaction.
  • Coordinate property showings, and inspections, open-house and negotiate contracts on behalf of clients.
