Agents are given the flexibility to work in any areas they choose and can focus on both off-plan and secondary markets and participate in the company?s lead-generation campaigns.úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿStudy the allocated real estate area thoroughly including unit types, locations, floor plans, and prices.úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿCold-calling prospective clients to build a personal database of inventory for rent or sale.úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿConsult with clients on how you can sell/rent their homes quickly for the best value.úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿPost the advertisements on the leading property portals provided by the company.úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿReceive calls for the advertised properties and schedule for property viewings.úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿCoordinate with clients for property viewings and master the skills of closing the deal.úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿHandhold the clients through the negotiation and transfer process.úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿMaintain updated listings and provide regular feedback on pipelines to team managers.úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿRegularly attend training programs including soft skills training on cold calling, prospecting, listing of ads in portals, etc.úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿRegularly attend company events, team building exercises, open houses, and developer presentations.úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿBuild personal networks and attend various networking events to build a future pipeline.
