As we continue to expand our portfolio, we are looking for a skilled and creative Real Estate Photographer/Videographer to join our dynamic team.Job Summary: As our Real Estate Photographer/Videographer, you will play a crucial role in capturing high-quality photos and videos of the properties we list. Your work will be instrumental in attracting potential buyers and tenants and presenting the unique features of each property in a visually compelling way.Responsibilities:

  • Visit various properties across Dubai to conduct professional photoshoots and video recordings.
  • Use specialized photography and videography equipment to ensure the highest quality images and footage.
  • Pay meticulous attention to details, angles, and lighting to highlight the best features of each property.
  • Edit and retouch photos and videos to enhance their visual appeal and overall quality.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure all content aligns with the companys branding guidelines.
  • Maintain an organized database of photos and videos for easy access and retrieval.
  • Adhere to tight deadlines and prioritize assignments effectively.
  • Ensure equipment is well-maintained and in optimal working condition.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and innovations in real estate photography and videography.
Requirements:
  • A valid UAE driving license and access to a functional vehicle for property visits.
  • Flexibility to accommodate property shoots during weekends or outside regular business hours, if necessary.
  • Previous experience in using photography and videography equipment, including cameras, lenses, and stabilizers is nice to have.
  • Previous experience with editing software such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, or equivalent is nice to have.
