Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Team Management: Lead, motivate, and manage a sales team to meet or exceed sales targets. Provide training and professional development opportunities to team members, ensuring they possess the necessary skills to perform efficiently.
  • Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract potential clients and retain existing ones. Ensure strategies align with the companys goals and market trends.
  • Market Analysis: Continuously monitor the real estate market for trends, opportunities, and threats. Utilize this information to adapt sales strategies, pricing, and marketing efforts accordingly.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including buyers, sellers, and property investors, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Financial Management: Oversee the setting of sales targets and budgets, ensuring they are realistic and achievable. Monitor sales performance and take corrective actions when necessary to ensure financial goals are met.
  • Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing department to create and implement effective marketing campaigns for property listings, ensuring maximum visibility and engagement with the target audience.
  • Operational Efficiency: Streamline sales processes and operations to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Ensure compliance with real estate laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Networking and Business Development: Actively participate in networking events, seminars, and other industry-related activities to generate new business opportunities and promote the company?s brand.
