Key Responsibilities? Work in partnership with the Retention Manager to devise strategies and campaigns to help us maximize our retention numbers? Work in close proximity to the acquisition and conversion teams to ensure we employ joined up logic across all teams focusing on customer optimization.? Work closely with software analysts and developers to help deliver any internal software upgrades that will be required to help boost our retention results? Developing, implementing and managing end-to-end campaign roadmap for customer Lifecycle journey.? Campaign management for entire Customer Lifecycle stages / touchpoints across all communication channels viz push notifications, email, SMS, WhatsApp, telegram etcÿ? Used CRM tools like MoEngage, Clevertap, Optimove, WebEngage or similar ones? Regular analysis on reports & efficacy of all the campaigns and continuous optimization for better business ROI? Identify campaign opportunities within business objectives and deliver plan to achieve the same. Analyse the results for respective stakeholder reporting along with key learnings and best practices.? Devise campaign brief including promotional message copy, emailer creative & business objective for cross functional teams / departments for operations.? Liaise with customer service & operational teams for campaign feedback, improvement & roadmap.? Co-ordination with other departments, vendors & agencies (including creative, acquisition, conversion, telesales, customer service & product development teams) for smooth rollout of campaigns.Essential? Minimum 2-4 years? experience in CRM.? Ability to analyze information and adopt a logical approach at all times is a must.? Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.? Must be a problem solver.
