transaction customer service. We deal with niche high-end/ luxury real estate.We are looking for:
A highly professional individual with significant experience working with CRM and
telesales to fill a permanent position.Responsibilities:
Leads support: attending to all incoming leads from different sources, qualifying
leads, assigning leads in a timely manner, and monitoring attendance to the leads byagents, quality control on different stages of the leads, management reporting, andcontributing to process improvements.
Properties listing support: draft listing in CRM system, upload video and pictures;
post listing in various portals
Contact existing clients for offers, special deals, new property sales/launches etc.
Reporting on lead performance and listing performance on a weekly, monthly,
quarterly, and yearly basis
Being a solid bridge between agents, sales managers and marketing managers.

A full-time contract with all the relevant benefits as per Dubai labor law
Working hours are 9 am to 6 pm Monday to Friday with one hour lunch break
