Sales CoordinatorJob Location : UAE:?Act as the point of contact between brokers and internal/external clients.?Screen, direct phone calls/emails and monitor other property advertisement portals.?Register/Ensure developer agreements, marketing material and inventory are up to date.?To Input the property listings and be responsible for the overall management of the CRM system.?To manage and maintain online Webportals such as Property Finder, Bayut, and Dubizzle.?To Coordinate with the Developers and Landowners regarding the propertys availability and updated pricing.?Maintain and manage the advertisement and verification of properties in property portals and respond to online property inquiries from customers visiting various online portals.?To make the reports for the manager ensuring all related documents, agreements, and lease records are well-maintained and organized.?Tracking and monitoring payments and obligations.Requirements :?2 years of experience in a Dubai real estate firm.?Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.?Fluent in the English language (written and spoken), Arabic is an added advantage.?Experience using call management / good telephone manners and ability to work in a fast-paced high-volume environment.?Outstanding organizational skills and excellent time management
