  • Travel within sales territory to meet prospects and customers
  • Conduct calls and face-to-face meetings with customers daily
  • Build and maintain relationships with new and repeat customers
  • Maintain records of all sales leads and/or customer accounts
  • Educate customers on how products or services can benefit them financially and professionally
  • Sell the company?s products or services to customers within your given territory
  • Monitor the company?s industry competitors, new products, and market conditions to understand a customers specific needs
  • Accurately recording details of customers? orders
  • Generating Leads and Convert them into successful business
  • Managing customer accounts by ensuring that existing customers remain satisfied with company products and services
  • Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
  • Using sales scripts proffered by the company to drive sales and respond to customer rejections.
  • Developing in-depth knowledge of customer products and services to make suitable recommendations based on customers needs and preferences
  • Continually meeting or exceeding daily and monthly targets with respect to call volume and sales
  • Identifying customers? needs, clarify information, research every issue and providing solutions and/or alternatives
  • Selling Skills
  • Perform all assigned tasks in an accurate manner
  • Work with minimum supervision
  • Deliver day to day KPIs
