Responsibilities* Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team* Mentoring and coaching team members to improve sales skills* lead a sales team by providing guidance, training, and mentorship, setting sales quotas and goals, and creating sales plans.* Identify new potential customers and contact them.* Plan and prioritize personal sales activities towards achieving agreed business aims, defined selling standards, arranged goals and specific market development strategy.ÿ* Inform customers about the company?s products and respond to all relevant issues and requests in a professional manner.* Follow up with customers for new and repeat orders* Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs* Keep an accurate record of all customer visits, contacts, purchase orders, files, images etc and the updated records to be shared at the end of each working day* Monitor and report on market and competitor activities, provide relevant information, ideas or feedback and assist team where necessary.* Manage the deliveries and proper placement of products in the supermarkets* Achieve the minimum Revenue / Profit targets defined and mutually agreed.* Any other duties as assigned by the company.
