You will be the client?s primary point of contact with Born Outside Italy. Your duties and responsibilities include managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries, identifying and assessing customer needs to achieve satisfaction, and generating sales leads that develop into new customers,
You will act as a liaison, provide product/services information, answer questions, and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency
This implies also working alongside the logistics company to ensure delivery and returns are timely and manage any problem that might arise
You should be genuinely excited to help customers. Patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative. You should be able to put yourself in the customers? shoes, be empathetic and motivated to solve their problem effectively, going above and beyond, if necessary
Note:o While customer service is a 1 person team at the moment given the start-up nature of the business, we expect the team to scale, and you will have opportunities to build and lead this teamo Meanwhile, when needed, you will lease with customer service staffing agencies to get temporary / on demand resources to manage the workload and be prepared, with such outsourced talent, to handle a sudden increase of service requests
