Senior TailorJob Location : UAEJob Details :?Good English verbal communication skills?Thorough understanding of garment manufacturing and current/upcoming trends.?Knowledge of textiles and fabrics - Expert knowledge of fabric limitations and standard tailoring concepts, procedures, and practices?Proven skills in sewing, tailoring and textile repair - Strong understanding of both men s women s alterations, fittings, & garment composition.?Must be knowledgeable in adding new materials to all types of garments.?Knows how to use all types of marking tools (rulers, hem markers & chalk)?Math skills for measuring, and adjusting patterns needed.?Must be able to pass mechanical aptitude and color hue test?Ability to discern color variations in thread, eye for detail and a quality of focus?Prior Experience in sewing/textile industry utilizing related machines in an industrial environment is mandatory?Minimum 3- 5-years experience as a tailor or similar apparel technical background; garment construction and finishing
