Service AdvisorJob Location : UAEMain Responsibilities :?Respond to customer inquiries technical questions and service maintenance contracts inperson or over the phone?Use vehicle evaluation papers to inform customers about the repair teams findings and any additional service needs?Update customer records in the system with the most recent mileage servicing and repairs?Provide service options and additional offerings?Prepare repair estimates and keep customers informed of charges?Provide regular updates to customers on repair progress?Create precise and detailed repair orders that identify customer concerns know issues and probable causes as well as the services and repairs required?Prepare a proforma invoice for services fees?Other adhoc tasks as needed by the businessRequirements :?Proven work experience as a Service Advisor or similar role?Proficient in using related software?Excellent customer service interpersonal and communication skills?Strong organizational decision making and problem solving abilities
