Davidson Management Consultants have been mandated to recruit aRussian speaking Specialist Psychiatristwith a specialty training in Addiction Medicine, Substance Use Disorder, for their client in Dubai, UAE.JOB LOCATION : Dubai, UAE(relocation allowance, flight tickets, UAE medical license, employment visa and relocation assistance will be provided by the employer) which is an inpatient mental health facility.We are looking for Russian speaking Specialist Psychiatrists with a minimum of 5 years PQE post fellowship training.The Specialist Psychiatrist would be responsible for providing clinical care, mentor trainees and junior faculty, work closely with the Leadership and Department of Psychiatry to ensure the adequacy of psychiatric and medical staffing to provide clinical care.You would ensure that the patients receive appropriate evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, medical screening,Assist in recruitment of psychiatrists and allied healthcare professionals.The Psychiatrist would provide oversight for appropriate utilization of services, identify criteria for level of care.You would contribute in the development, approval, and review of all Policies, Procedures, and Protocols that govern clinical care of the patients.Able to identify treatment and service gaps.Ensure that all treatment modalities are consistent with the most recent scientific evidence of effectiveness.Participate in process improvement programs and collaborate with administrative leadership to ensure appropriate medical records are maintained as required by regulations, internal policies, and procedures.Follow and comply with all regulations, laws and standards in relation to substance use disorder treatment.Participate in the development and review of the programs and positions that impact clinical services. Work with the Department of Psychiatry and Addiction Medicine Medical Director in order to achieve clinical excellence.Assure that all staff receive appropriate clinical supervision, staff development, in-service training.JOB LOCATION : Dubai, UAE (relocation allowance, flight tickets, UAE medical license, employment visa and relocation assistance will be provided by the employer)Salary : AED 40,000 per month (tax free) plus family benefits - annual air tickets, medical insurance, 30 days paid annual leave.
