We are looking for an HR professional experienced in recruitment, onboarding, retaining, performance management and employee relations. The role involves development and implementation of strategiesand policies and will include key responsibilities such as-ú Establish effective recruitment channels for sourcing quality candidates.ú Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including creating job descriptions, sourcingcandidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating the selection process.ú Coordinate and execute the onboarding process for new employees, including preparingschedules, welcome packages, and training resources.ú Conduct orientation sessions to familiarize new hires with company policies, culture, andprocedures and follow-up on the training schedules.ú Identify training needs within the organization and Design, implement, and evaluate trainingprograms to address those needs.ú Create career development and retention plans for employees.ú Design and implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance job satisfaction andretention.ú Conduct regular employee surveys to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.ú Work closely with management to address employee concerns and promote a positive workculture.ú Establish a system of performance management that is based on deliverables and KPIs.ú Provide guidance to leadership on performance-related issues and support in the creation ofperformance improvement plans.ú Establish and periodically maintain HR policies and guidelines, communicating changes toemployees as needed.Requirements:ú Minimum 5 years? experience in managing recruitment, onboarding, retention andperformance a leadership position in HRú Good knowledge of local employment law.ú Strong communication (both English and Arabic) and interpersonal skills.ú Organized individual with strong time management skills and personal efficiency.ú Psychology education will be preferred.Nationality: Egyptian, Syrian or Lebanese Company Profile< / h3> Elevate Talent Solutions is a global Recruitment and HR consultancy with offices strategically positioned in both the UAE and the UK.
