Store ManagerJob Location : UAE:?Receive incoming materials, components, and finished products and verify their quantity and quality.?Organize and maintain an accurate record of all inventory items using appropriate inventory management systems?Conduct regular stock counts to reconcile physical stock levels with the system records.?Ensure proper storage and labelling of all items to facilitate easy retrieval and prevent damage or loss.?Implement measures to control inventory shrinkage, such as implementing security measures and conducting periodic audits.?Monitor stock levels and initiate purchase requisitions for materials, components, and supplies as needed.?Collaborate with the procurement department to ensure timely delivery of required items.?Coordinate with suppliers to track orders, resolve discrepancies, and expedite deliveries when necessary.?Coordinate with production planners and sales teams to fulfil customer orders.?Prepare and pack items for shipment, ensuring appropriate packaging and labelling.?Coordinate with logistics personnel to arrange for timely dispatch of orders and monitor delivery schedules.?Maintain accurate records of order fulfilment, including tracking information and delivery confirmations.?Optimize the layout of the warehouse to maximize space utilization and improve efficiency.?Implement proper handling and storage procedures to prevent damage to furniture items.?Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper storage of hazardous materials and adherence to fire safety protocols.?Generate regular reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and order fulfilment metrics.?Provide analysis and insights to management regarding inventory trends, stock availability, and potential issues.?Maintain documentation related to inventory transactions, purchase orders, and shipping records.Requirements :?Diploma or equivalent certificate?UAE experience in Furniture/Joinery/Fitout industry is mandatory?Prefer applicants with working experience in material management ERP?should be available in UAE to attend direct interview?Min 4years work experience in UAE
