Job Description

Overview of the role:The position will play an important role in supporting the development and execution of strategic initiatives aimed at driving growth, enhancing competitiveness, and optimizing performance. This role offers an excellent opportunity for professional development and learning within a dynamic and collaborative environment.ÿWhat you will do:Responsible for:Market Research and Analysis:

  • Assist in conducting research and analysis of real estate market trends, including supply and demand dynamics, pricing trends, and competitor activities.
  • Support the development of market reports, presentations, and other materials to communicate key findings and insights to senior management.
ÿStrategic Planning Support:
  • Provide support in the development and refinement of the companys strategic plan, including assisting with goal setting, performance metrics, and action plans.
  • Assist in coordinating strategic planning sessions and workshops with cross-functional teams to gather input and facilitate alignment.
ÿData Analysis and Performance Tracking:
  • Assist in collecting, organizing, and analyzing operational and financial data to track performance against strategic objectives.
  • Help maintain performance dashboards and KPIs to monitor progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Support the preparation of regular updates and reports on strategic initiatives for senior management.
ÿBusiness Development Assistance:
  • Support the evaluation of potential investment opportunities, partnerships, and acquisitions through financial modeling, research, and due diligence.
  • Assist in preparing business cases, investment memos, and presentations to support decision-making by senior management.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to facilitate the execution of business development activities.
ÿCompetitive Intelligence Gathering:
  • Assist in monitoring competitor activities and industry developments to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.
  • Contribute to the development of competitive intelligence reports and analyses to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Help identify strategies to enhance the companys competitive positioning and differentiation in the market.
