We are seeking an experienced IT Systems Administrator with a comprehensive skill set in managing and supporting diverse IT infrastructures. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Systems Administration, encompassing both Server Management and the support of PCs and Laptops.   • Install, maintain, and support a wide range of IT systems including corporate servers, PCs, laptops, printers, peripherals, and handheld devices.
  • Administer and manage an Active Directory 2019 environment across multiple sites, including configuring and troubleshooting Organizational Units (OUs), Group Policy Objects (GPOs), and AD replication.
  • Expertise in managing virtual environments using VMware vCenter (7.0) and vSphere ESXi hosts (7.0).
  • Proficient in managing advanced security solutions such as Sentinel One or other Extended Detection and Response (XDR) tools.
  • Responsible for Veeam backup solutions, including setup, copy, and replication tasks.
  • Manage centralized Windows update deployment via WSUS.
  • Configure and troubleshoot network services including DNS, DHCP, IIS, FTP, and DFS.
  • Skilled in managing F5 LTM for load balancing and Akamai ION for content delivery.
  • Diagnose and resolve issues within a Windows Networking Environment.
  • Maintain and support corporate groupware applications like MS Office, Outlook, Teams.
  • Manage SonicWall firewalls and access points, and oversee Cisco Unified Communication systems.
  • Participate in Change Management, documenting problems, resolutions, processes, and procedures.
  • Engage in IT-related projects, offering expertise and innovative solutions to meet IT goals.
  • Assist with software testing and DevOps tasks, including application firewall management.
