Job Description

UAE Nationals will be preferredThe Team admin will provide administrative support to the head of the division and technical team, playing a vital role in the smooth running of the department.The ideal candidate will also exhibit high standards of excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented and organized, and prioritize daily tasks while ensuring accurate and timely invoicing and data entry tasks in the Zoho System (training will be provided)Responsibilities & duties•Generate and process accurate invoices for services rendered to clients.•Verify billing data to ensure correctness and completeness.•Address any discrepancies or issues with invoices promptly.•Coordinate with internal departments to obtain necessary information for billing purposes•Enter and update data into the companys systems with precision and efficiency.•Maintain and organize databases, ensuring data integrity and security.•Perform regular data audits to identify and correct errors.•Collaborate with internal teams, including finance, operations, and customer service, to resolve billing and data-related inquiries.•Communicate effectively with clients regarding billing inquiries and discrepancies, providing timely and courteous assistance•Maintain accurate records of invoices, payments, and other financial transactions.•Prepare and distribute billing statements and reports as needed.•Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements related to invoicing and data management.Professional Experience•Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).•Additional certification or training in accounting, data entry, or related field•Strong attention to detail and accuracy.•Excellent organizational and time management skills.
