  • Conduct outbound calls to potential clients, promoting our real estate offerings.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients over the phone.
  • Provide information on properties, address inquiries, and guide clients through the sales process.
  • Conduct proactive follow-ups with potential clients to nurture leads and convert inquiries into sales opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to provide informed recommendations to clients.
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries via email or other communication channels, ensuring a high level of responsiveness.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively communicating the unique value propositions of our real estate services.
Requirements:
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
  • Proven experience in telesales or a similar role within the real estate industry.
  • Ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Comfortable with making a high volume of calls while maintaining a positive and professional demeanour.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals and exceed sales targets.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and a positive, customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to handle objections and navigate challenging conversations with professionalism.
