Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Telesales Agent with a background in call centre operations to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of exceeding sales targets, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. As a Telesales Agent, you will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying leads, and closing sales over the phone. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of our organization while earning competitive commissions.Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads and databases.
  • Engage with potential customers to understand their needs, educate them on our products or services, and persuade them to make a purchase.
  • Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or other sources to convert them into sales opportunities.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and quotas.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions using our CRM system.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, pricing, and promotions to effectively communicate information to customers.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to optimize sales strategies and processes.
  • Handle objections and address customer concerns in a professional manner to overcome barriers to sale.
