Responsibilities1 Plan and sell transportations, accommodations, insurance and other travel services2 Cooperate with clients to determine their needs and advise them appropriate destination, modes of transportations, travel dates, costs and accommodations3 Provide relevant information, brochures and publications (guides, local customs, maps, regulations, events etc) to travelers4 Book transportation, make hotel reservations and collect payment/fees5 Use promotional techniques and prepare promotional materials to sell itinerary tour packages6 Deal with occurring travel problems, complaints or refunds7 Attend travel seminars to remain updated with tourism trends8 Enter data into our software and maintain client files9 Network with tour operators10 Maintain statistical and financial records11 Meet profit and sales targets.
