Looking for an UAE national (high school graduates) for subject position.Responsible to manage the following towards Accounts Managers, Employees and liaising with UAE Government Department.˙1-˙˙˙˙˙˙Obtain new employment visas / work permits / Change status.2-˙˙˙˙˙˙Proceed Labor & Insurance payment upon approval for new and renewal case.3-˙˙˙˙˙˙Responsible in maintaining accurate records and statement for all transactions.4-˙˙˙˙˙˙Proceed renewal of Labor cards, Part time and Relative Labor card applications.5-˙˙˙˙˙˙Handling Petty cash and settling with Finance.6-˙˙˙˙˙˙Mailing and communicating with Accounts Managers and employees for all government and visa related matters.7-˙˙˙˙˙˙Represent company in Government Bodies & Embassies as and when required.8-˙˙˙˙˙˙Tecom & Dubai Silicon Oasis ? Free Zone transactions- if required.9-˙˙˙˙˙˙Assist employees for Medical & Thawjeeh.10-˙˙Responsible for additional tasks on the absence of other PRO team.˙
