As a Graduate Recruitment Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the recruitment processes and ensuring the efficient and effective on-boarding of new talent into the organization. This is an entry-level position suitable for recent graduates who are eager to kick-start their career in the energy industry.Client DetailsMultinational oil and gas firm with regional offices in Dubai.DescriptionAssist in coordinating and managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to on-boarding.Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.Post job advertisements on various job boards, career websites, and university portals.Screen resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates for interviews.Schedule and coordinate interviews, assessments, and other selection activities.Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and recruitment databases.Communicate with candidates, providing updates on their application status.Assist in the preparation of employment contracts and other relevant documentation for new hires.Coordinate orientation programs for new employees, ensuring a smooth on-boarding experience.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to continuously improve recruitment processes and enhance the candidate experience.Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.ProfileUAE National with Family Book (REQUIRED)Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field.Strong organizational and administrative skills with a keen attention to detail.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
