Job Description

Our company is seeking a talented and enthusiastic Front of House Server & Barista to join our team in Dubai, UAE. As a Front of House Server & Barista, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and preparing and serving our beverages. The ideal candidate should have excellent interpersonal skills, a friendly and approachable demeanor, and a passion for delivering an exceptional dining experience. If you have a strong work ethic, exceptional attention to detail, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you!Responsibilities:

  1. Welcome and greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
  2. Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
  3. Provide menu recommendations and answer any customer questions
  4. Deliver food and beverages to customers in a timely manner
  5. Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages
  6. Ensure all customer needs are met and resolve any issues or complaints
  7. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front of house area
  8. Handle cash and process payments accurately
  9. Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operation of the restaurant
  10. Adhere to all health and safety regulations
Preferred Candidate:
  1. Prior experience as a server or barista is preferred
  2. Excellent communication and customer service skills
  3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
  4. Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize
  5. Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively
  6. Positive attitude and friendly demeanor
  7. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  8. Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and specialty coffee is a plus
  9. Ability to handle cash and process payments accurately
  10. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
