Plan, implement, and manage the company?s Business Continuity (BC) and Crisis Management (CM) programs and activities to ensure no disruption to business operations and ordinary recovery of operations after the disruptive event.
Develop, review, assess, evaluate and improve the company?s BC and CM processes/methods to ensure readiness and effectiveness, while˙maintaining alignment across the company in line with regulatory˙requirements and industry best practices.
Assessment of potential business impact analysis (?BIA?) for all business units. Identifies and defines critical/time-sensitive business functions and recommends the management recovery strategies and resource requirements
Coordinate business continuity plan exercises by leading the development of relevant business continuity disaster recovery testing and activities.
Develop schedules for training/ awareness for all stakeholders
Ensuring annual business continuity documentation maintenance and update, exercises and independent review and validation.
Reports the overall business continuity status, activities and incident updates to Senior Management.
