Process all accounting entries including general ledgers and accounts payable transactions.
Take ownership of the monthly bookkeeping process for various investment and asset classes, including bank reconciliations, accruals, and prepayments.
Oversee cash management, including preparation of wire transfers and coordination of funds movement with financial institutions.
Prepare a global asset portfolio reporting, comprising property, business shares, private equity and other investments.
Prepare financial and management reporting package (monthly/quarterly)
Track and maintain detailed information related to all assets (cash, investments, business interests, real estate, physical assets, etc.).
Maintain and upkeep the internal CRM and data management system.
Liaise with audit and zakat advisors to produce end-of-year statutory accounts and zakat returns.
Participate in the annual budgeting and monthly forecasting exercises.
Identify & implement areas for automation and process improvement.
