Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented M&V Engineer to join our team in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in energy efficiency and experience in monitoring and verifying energy savings in industrial and commercial facilities. As an M&V Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and reliability of energy savings calculations and reports, conducting site visits and inspections, and providing technical support to our clients. This is a challenging and rewarding role that offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on energy conservation and sustainability efforts in the region.Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct energy audits and assessments of industrial and commercial facilities to identify energy conservation opportunities.
  2. Develop measurement and verification (M&V) plans for energy efficiency projects.
  3. Collect and analyze energy consumption data to determine baseline energy usage and calculate energy savings.
  4. Perform on-site inspections and verification of energy savings measures.
  5. Prepare detailed reports summarizing energy savings calculations and findings.
  6. Provide technical support to clients and project teams throughout the M&V process.
  7. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry standards and best practices in energy efficiency and M&V.
Preferred Candidate:
  1. Bachelors degree in engineering or a related field.
  2. 1-5 years of experience in energy efficiency, M&V, or a similar role.
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  6. Knowledge of energy management systems and software.
  7. Familiarity with energy auditing and measurement techniques.
  8. Experience with energy modeling and simulation software is a plus.
