Our innovative physical and digital solutions improve efficiency, production and maximize reservoir value.Partner with the bestAs a Service Delivery Coordinator you will ensure that Baker Hughes maximizes its short and long term revenue, profit and cash collection opportunity by ensuring flawless execution, on time delivery, contract adherence and cash collection for the assigned jobs. This position will coordinate the required job activities across organizational boundaries to ensure Baker Hughes execute the job in line with customer expectations and contract terms and conditions.As a Service Delivery Coordinator, you will be responsible for:Protecting the health and safety of our personnel and the environment.

• Coordinating and monitoring all thru-tubing intervention related activities within the Caspian from Dubai as outlined in MTJC across organizational boundaries ..
• Conducting all activities in line with our non-negotiables, applicable processes and cultural pillars,
• Ensuring the assigned contracts/quotes are fully understood and capitalized upon,
• Responsible for scheduling and dispatching of resources in line with job requirements.
• Being the In-House contact for client for job preparation, execution and close out, and as such, will manage the relationship to ensure business success for Baker Hughes.
• Being familiar with the assigned clients process for MOC / escalation to ensure the proper process is followed when there is risk of not achieving the clients objectives (examples clients asking for Baker Hughes to operate outside of product specifications, client asking Baker Hughes to execute work in way that is not aligned with the Baker Hughes SOP) .
• Escalating issues promptly that can impact service delivery, Ensure invoice is in line with contract/quote, with no revenue leakage and timely collection of cash

Fuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:

• Have a Bachelor Degree in engineering or similar. Relevant hands-on experience may compensate for education.
• More than 5 years experience in Thru-Tubing Fishing and Inflatable bridge plugs/packers
• Have a minimum of 3 years experience in supervision, coordination of Through Tubing Intervention (Fishing/Milling) Operations.
• Coiled tubing, remedial completions and/or coiled tubing drilling experience is a benefit.
• Be an experienced problem solver, with a methodical approach to solving complex customer issues
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team while being based in a customer office.
• Fluent in English, both verbal and written. Norwegian competency a benefit
• Able to travel up to 20% between UAE and Caspian countries
