MMFRole DescriptionThe Leader of the Global Procurement Shared Services Center will be responsible for consolidating, Leading and driving the shared services centers across the Globe (Global center located at Hyderabad, regional centers located at Kunshan- China, Asturias-Spain, Mexico City-Mexico & Wilmington, USA).? This senior level role serves as a strategic manager with a high level of business acumen, drive for innovation, natural leadership skills, transformative mind-set and hyper focus on making a positive impact!?Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the vision and execution of global procurement activities with excellence from the Global Shared Services
• Manage Operational budget, planning change management in the Shared Services
• Responsible for?overseeing the overall operations of headcount of 100 with direct span of 8-12 Service Delivery leaders/ Managers
• Establish Key KPI, SLA?s, metrics and measurements demonstrating Center Health and deliver excellence to meet or exceeds the expectations.
• Manage relationships with Key stakeholders across the globe
• Develop Opportunities for cross team effectiveness and remove organizational barriers for strong team work, collaboration and excellent service delivery.
• Handling operational procurement: support purchase order handling for all the regions.
• Leading and managing the operational KPI?s and process improvement projects for procurement organization across shared services

Key Competency & Experience ?Requirements:

• Qualification: University/bachelor?s degree, preferably in engineering and/or business administration, Finance or other relevant discipline; or a relevant combination of formal qualifications and additional specialized study.
• A recognized qualification in procurement would be considered an asset
• 15 plus years of experience in operations management in Service Delivery role in shared services in the similar capacity in procurement or payables domain.
• Strong Leadership and team building skills, Ability to partner cross functionality in order to dive complex strategic projects.
• Excellence project management skills and ability to work to deadlines successfully managing multiple business-driven initiatives.
• Strong analytical thinking (understand complex subjects, decompose into comparable components, structured evaluation and documentation)
• Talent and people development management adapts coaching/mentoring approach and style to fit situation. Energizes people by instilling a clear sense of purpose and confidence that they can succeed.
• Relationship Management: Develops meaningful relationships that can be leveraged to produce benefits. Resolves conflicts effectively. Builds effective teams and networks
• Strategic Thinking: Analyzes and applies a broad organizational and business perspective to Prioritize and integrate activities, effectively balances focus among simultaneous priorities, maintains teams focus on key activities that drive performance in area of assigned responsibility
• Performance and Results Orientation: Provides advice to team members about methods for analyzing and addressing the root causes of problems. Executes on commitments to achieve results ahead of the curve
